The Calog DUAL-CTR counter/rate batching controller – an advanced controller with 3 independent counters with quadrature (x1, x2, x4), NPN, PNP, TTL sensors which make it ideal for rate monitoring and batching applications.
It has intelligent count modes where users can choose from a variety of smart formulas to suit the application, and dual display for simultaneous viewing of multiple variables. Advanced features for this model are batching, batch count modification, programmable input functions, setpoint latching and start-up inhibit. Also featured is an intuitive interface with scrolling text prompts and up to 4 setpoints.
Optional features on this model are the 4-20mA or 0-10V analogue output, and RS-232/RS-485 serial port.
The Calog DUAL-DEW humidity/temperature controller – designed for wet and dry bulb, relative humidity applications and features dual 4-20mA analogue output plus dual display for temperature and R.H. Features include Dual 3 wire RTD input (385/392, Pt100); dual display or simultaneous viewing of humidity and temperature; intuitive interface with scrolling text prompts. The unit is factory calibrated for 385 RTD – simple recalibration using high and low input signals. Also, 2 x isolated 4-20mA analogue outputs for humidity and temperature and up to 4 setpoints and RS-232/RS-485 serial port.
The Calog DUAL-FLO – an advanced flow batching totalizer and controller which accepts a variety of flow sensor inputs which is compatible with a variety of flow sensors (NPN, PNP, TTL namur, tacho or closed contact). The unit has a single totalizer with flow batching and features easy sensor calibration using direct K factor entry or pulses per unit of measurement. The unit has advanced features such as volumetric pulse, latching, start-up inhibit and inflight adjustment. Also featured are up to 6 setpoints - one for batching and optional 4-20mA or 0-10V analogue output, and RS-232/RS-485 serial port.
